Warranty Claims:
Products sold by SimpleCCTV.co.uk are usually covered by a 12 month manufacturers' RTB (return to base) warranty. If you suspect your product has developed a fault within the specified warranty period, please email support@simplecctv.co.uk requesting an RMA form. Complete this form and fax it to: 01342 714859. Our support team will contact you and advise what options are open to you. If you are asked to return the equipment, you will be given an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the package you are returning. It is the customer's responsibility to return their goods in suitable protective packaging. SimpleCCTV and RG Networks cannot accept responsibility for damage sustained by goods in transit.

Please Note: We make every effort to repair faulty goods returned under warranty, within 7 working days, but this time may be extended if the equipment cannot be fixed in our workshop and has to be returned to the manufacturer.
